At Ramsden Bellhouse, your experience begins with a gentle Aqua de Florida cleansing ritual, followed by an invitation to select an angel card and set an intention.

Our facilitators will explain how to safely get on and off the floating beds before your sound journey begins.

Please arrive on time and no more than 10 minutes before your session. This allows us to finish preparing the space and welcome everyone comfortably.

You will be resting on a specially designed floating bed rather than swimming.

Our experienced facilitators will demonstrate how the beds work and remain available throughout your experience.

Yes. Our floating beds have a maximum weight limit of 136 kg.

Poolside sound bath spaces may be available as an alternative, allowing you to enjoy the same immersive sound journey without floating on the water.

Our floating sound baths are designed to offer a gentle and relaxing experience. However, certain health conditions, medical devices and sensitivities to sound may need additional consideration.

All participants are required to complete a health and safety disclaimer before attending a sound bath.

This helps us understand any relevant health considerations and make sure the experience is appropriate for you.

If you are pregnant, have an implanted medical device or have an existing medical condition that may be affected by the experience, please contact us before booking and seek advice from your healthcare professional where appropriate.

Floating sound bath spaces are generally priced at £50, with poolside experiences starting from £30.

Following your booking, you should receive an email containing the full venue address, directions, disclaimer information, what to bring and contact details for the day of your event.

A reminder email will also be sent within 48 hours of your event date.

Please arrive on time and no more than 10 minutes early. Each sound journey is carefully prepared and we want to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately you will not be able to join the session, as entering once the journey has begun may disrupt the experience for other guests.

If you are unable to join due to late arrival, no refund will be offered.

Each sound journey is created with deep care, intention and preparation. Your booking secures one of our limited spaces.

For this reason, all ticket purchases are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.

If your plans change and you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift or privately transfer your space to someone else.

In some circumstances, we may be able to offer a swap to an alternative date. However, this is not guaranteed and is reviewed case by case, depending on availability and timing.

In the unlikely event that Scarlet Loves Sound needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the choice of an alternative date, Scarlet Loves Sound store credit or a full refund.

Please note that refunds are not offered where guests are unable to attend due to arriving more than 15 minutes late.
